Pepper Tree Homeowners Association, Inc.

Pepper Tree at Covil Estates is a quiet neighborhood of 81 homes located off Covil Farm Road in Wilmington, North Carolina. Built in the mid-1990's, it is associated with the five other neighborhoods in the area known as Covil Estates as its homeowners are members of Covil Estates Amenities, Inc. The Amenities house the clubhouse, pool, tennis court, playground and fields for member use. Pepper Tree offers tranquility and a neighborly atmosphere. It is close to Mayfaire, Wrightsville Beach and Porter's Neck.

Pepper Tree Homeowner's Association monthly dues are for landscape service outside the front fence, trash service, fence maintenance, road maintenance and membership dues to the Covil Amenities.
